Client Acknowledgment and Agreement

By submitting this visa application through Davao Travel and Tours, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Visa approval, denial, or any conditions imposed are at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. Davao Travel and Tours has no control over and cannot guarantee the outcome of any visa application.

2. All information, documents, and records submitted in this application are provided by me as the client and are my sole responsibility. I confirm that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

3. In the event my visa application is denied or delayed by the embassy/consulate for any reason, Davao Travel and Tours shall not be held liable, and no refund of processing fees, service fees, or related payments will be issued.

4. I understand that possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into the destination country, as final admission is determined by immigration authorities upon arrival.
